This document describes the procedure for submitting trademark and copyright infringement claims regarding content published on this platform.

Supported Claim Types

How to Submit a Claim

All trademark and copyright infringement claims must be submitted through the feedback/contact form available on the platform.

Steps

  1. Open the platform and locate the search field.
  2. Type the command /report and press Enter.
  3. The contact/feedback form will open.
  4. Fill in the form with the following details:
    • Claim type (C&D / UDRP / NTD / DMCA)
    • Your full name and contact information
    • Description of the infringement (URL, screenshot, or other evidence)
    • The trademark or copyrighted material in question
    • Proof of ownership (registration number, certificate, or equivalent)
  5. Submit the form.

Response Time

DMH (Dead Man's Hand) — Watchdog timer and postponed reminder system

Claims are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt. You will be contacted at the email address provided in the form.

Important Notes

  • Submitting a false or misleading claim may have legal consequences.
  • Claims that do not include sufficient evidence or ownership proof may be dismissed.
  • For urgent legal matters, consult a qualified intellectual property attorney in your jurisdiction.
